I had a problem with my sound volume being changed in programs when I was using a microphone.
Here's how to fix it:
- For Windows 7
- Open the Control Panel
- Click Sound
- Go to the Communications tab
- Select Do nothing
Mine was set to Reduce volume of other sound by 80%. I set it to Do nothing and it fixed the problem.
